Let me start off by saying that I cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work. You are a true blessing and there is absolutely no way Grant and I could have made it through our big day without your help.
From putting together our crazy timeline to coordinating details with our vendors, you did everything with a personal and friendly attitude. You far exceeded our expectations for a "day of coordinator." You were on top of things weeks before and made sure that I did not have to worry about a thing. The fact that you were able to keep our hectic reception in order still impresses us. You always made sure we knew what was going on and where we needed to go next.
You have been so easy to work with and it makes me a little sad now that the wedding is over and I'm back to scheduling my own life. J
Grant and I sing your praises to all of our friends who will be getting married in the future and we look forward to seeing you on the other side of planning.

My event was not a wedding, but my 70th birthday. To mark this milestone, I wanted to treat myself, my sister, my three darling daughters,
and my niece to a fabulous, luxurious celebration.
Nicole was tuned into my every wish and whim, and I am an exacting client. She took my ideas and built them into masterpieces, beginning with the custom-designed save-the-date cards and invitations. I wanted to have a birthday cake with champagne after our dinner and she found the perfect pastry and confectioner, working with the owners to create a one-of-a-kind dessert in the form of individual birthday cakes which were not only delicious but a delight to the eyes as well.
From our check-in at the Buckhead Ritz Carlton, to the limo, to the locations chosen for dinner and after-dinner cocktails, to breakfast and lunch the next day, everything went off without a hitch and was the ultimate in relaxation and celebration! Nicole takes time to talk with her clients to get their ideas, and then comes up with the perfect way to implement them, using much creativity and flair! She will certainly be MY event planner for all future celebrations. Thank you thank you thank you, Nicole for a most memorable, exquisite weekend!

My fiance and I were transferred to Asia six months before our wedding in Atlanta. During that time, I had more than a dozen people ask me in disbelief, "How are you so calm about your wedding? Why aren't you nervous?" The answer was simple: Nicole's fastidious planning and scrupulous eye for detail had eliminated all my worries and concerns.
Nicole takes an idea you have and runs with it, exceeding your expectations at a budget your wallet can live with. Any deadlines I needed to meet, she made sure I met them. Questions this Chicagoan had about Southern traditions, Nicole answered them and fixed my inadequacies. She had the cultural sensibilities to handle our cross-cultural wedding with extraordinary grace.
In a nutshell, Nicole is a consummate professional, more organized than a Google calendar on speed, treated our wedding as if it were her own, and important for me, Nicole truly loves what she does. She will carry off your event with class, style and fun. You simply cannot do better.

My husband, Allan, and I have had the pleasure of working with Nicole for over a year in the planning of our wedding and honeymoon.
At the beginning of this process, Nicole was able to spend just a little bit of time with us to turn our very discombobulated ideas into a perfect event theme. She was able to guide us in a way that ensured we were always covering all the bases, while maintaining the type of wedding we wanted, intimate and personal. She was instrumental in recommending vendors and steering us in the right direction on choices for linens, flowers, favors, menu selections, etc. In addition, her attention to detail was uncompromising. She was a great help in reviewing our contracts and advising us on both quality of goods & services and cost.
On the day of the wedding, Nicole arrived early and prepared with vendor timelines and written instructions for the wedding party. She also served as a liaison between my husband and I and the property coordinators at Barnsley Gardens, where we held the ceremony and reception. Weather became an issue for our outdoor event, and Nicole was prepared to react on the spot. She suggested we avoid the rain by switching the order of the cocktail hour and wedding ceremony. This idea saved our outdoor wedding and we were able to have the event of our dreams. We have received emails and phone calls from our friends and family over the last two weeks who have told us it was the most beautiful event they have ever attended. Nicole is, in large part, responsible for that.
Nicole also researched honeymoon locations for us and we just returned from an unbelievable week at Cap Juluca in Anguilla, B.W.I.
We are so grateful to Nicole for the services she provided to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. We highly recommend her services without any hesitation.

Our only regret about Nicole is that we did not hire her from the very start. We used Nicole for same day coordination of our wedding, but she went far beyond our expectations. Nicole met with us and the coordinator for the wedding/reception site previous to the wedding along with constant advice through email. She was always prompt to respond to any questions that we had and conducted herself professionally while maintaining a personal and friendly attitude.
Thanks to Nicole, our wedding went perfectly. Our last minute ice sculpture arrived late, to which Nicole helped us remain calm and relaxed during this little 'hiccup'.
Nicole was on location for the event early and made sure that we knew what to do and where to go next. She also kept Megan's insanity to a minimum, which is a feat in itself. Not only would we recommend Nicole to any of our friends getting married in the future, but if she hasn't retired by the time our future kids get married then we hope to have her help plan and coordinate their wedding also.

Weddings go by so fast and it truly is such an important day in ones life- you were there whenever I needed you during the
reception and you handed everything with grace. I will never forget when I approached you about the limo driver
being 1 hour early and you pulled out my emails between myself and the limo vendor verifying the pick up time!
You rocked, totally organized and professional and clearly on top of the event and ready for any issues that potentially could or would arise.

We hired Nicole about a year into our engagement and it was the best thing that we did. With a 2.5 year engagement we weren't expecting to even get stressed out, but as our 925 days left to go turned into less than 30 days to go, we were so thankful to have Nicole there to handle all the little details so Fred and I (well mainly me) would not get stressed.
The last week and through our wedding day, we were completely stress free. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we received many comments about how fabulous everything was
