I wanted to write a personal email to you letting you know how awesome we think you are. You went above and beyond the “wedding day” package you gave me months back. Your work ethic is amazing, and you were instrumental in Kris and Laura having the wedding day of their dreams. It was magic for them ending with the wonderful carriage ride down Peachtree Street. Laura said people were singing to them, a man on the street playing a trumpet began playing the wedding march when he saw them. The memories they carry with them will bring many, many, smiles to their faces for years to come. When I hear of anyone planning a wedding your name will be given to them. Both my parents and my now in-laws live out of town so it was all on me to plan our wedding. I was also a first-year teacher and getting ready to move out of state myself. With so much on my mind and being a perfectionist, I wanted to make sure our wedding day turned out has beautiful as we envisioned it without worrying the entire wedding day.
I called and set up an appointment to meet Nicole and signed a contract that day. She has such a warm personality and her organization, experience, and professionalism were evident to me right away. From first meeting with her, I felt extremely comfortable talking to her and asking questions. She treated me more like a good friend than just someone hired to do a job. I was more than confident she would be able to take care of every detail. In fact, she helped remind me of things I needed to plan/account for that I had not realized I needed.
Nicole went over and beyond my expectations. She was hired basically to take care of my wedding day, but she was always available if I had any questions and she gave me suggestions for vendors. I actually used every vendor she recommended, and they were fantastic! My wedding day couldn’t have gone more smoothly, because of Nicole. She was at the hotel very early our wedding morning and made sure everyone involved was where they were supposed to be and when they were supposed to be there - this included not only my wedding party, but all vendors as well. I can’t imagine having a dream wedding without the help of someone like Nicole.
I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone planning a wedding. I have already told all of my friends about her!

Nicole, it was an absolute blast planning our wedding with you. From day one, you had your work cut out for you, for the simple fact that Kyle and I weren’t even living in the same state at the time (and neither of us in the state we were getting married in)! But you made it all come together and look so easy! You kept us right on track and somehow managed to remember every last detail of any ‘idea’ we ever mentioned for how to make the day a little more special. Even with our Type-A personalities, Kyle and I learned very early on that trusting your judgment was, without question, the right answer should any ‘speed bumps’ come along :). Because of you, all the worry and nitty-gritty details were wiped off our radar and we were able to be truly present to soak up our big day. Without ever settling for less than what we wanted, you helped us pull it off and we owe a great debt of gratitude to you. Now known to me as Saint Fantz. You were a life saver. I thought I was going to go crazy when I started to plan my Atlanta wedding from Florida. It’s really hard to get a grasp of things while out of state, as well as planning something and you have no idea where to start.
I got your name from a close friend whose wedding you just coordinated and all was right with the world. You immediately contacted me with all of my questions answered and additional information. The vendor recommendations you provided were outstanding. I love that you listened and provided me vendors that would cater to what we were looking for. Your recommendations helped turn our vision into a reality.
The night was amazing and I truly appreciate you checking on me and making sure everything was good. You pay a great attention to detail and it’s definitely needed in your line of work. Everything was as it should have been and I would not have changed one thing about the night - it was more than perfect!!
You were great, and made planning a wedding from FL simple, and put my mind at ease any time I needed it. The day still seems surreal, and I may not believe it until I see the pictures. I honestly made myself believe for a very short period of time that I could “conquer” and pull off my relatively simple wedding all alone. Until the morning I awoke panic- stricken, swallowed my pride and called Nicole. She was heaven-sent, guiding me every step along the way, keeping me on track and sane. I’m a fairly organized person but she is unbelievable, her attention to detail is incredible. And on my wedding day, she handled everything smoothly, I never had to give anything another thought or worry, I was truly able to enjoy my day – priceless! Nicole is a delightful person with a heart of gold who just happens to be a #1 wedding and party coordinator!
